    *To accommodate additional guests, there is a full-sized air mattress in the guest bedroom closet with a vacuum/blower, sheets, pillows, and blanket. We suggest setting it up in the living room and then stowing on its side behind the couch when in use.

Affordable condo with ocean views, pool, and palapa hut, one block from the Isla Mujeres ferry, and minutes from downtown. Your location is fantastic!

This oceanside condo is centrally located and minutes from everything, but remains a tranquil world away, safe and secure, with beautifully landscaped grounds, an incredible pool, and a fantastic fitness/workout gym.

With meandering pathways through the landscaped garden to a BBQ area, the pool, and your private beach, the property is gorgeous! The pool is amazing, featuring a swim up bar and plentiful chairs and benches for lounging.

There is a Superama Wal-Mart Grocery store just minutes away on Avenieda Bonampak, a convenience store across the street, and several beachfront restaurants just minutes down the road.

At a dock right off the beach you can rent a wave runner for $30 per half hour, or buy fresh fish daily!

Recently a well-respected travel website rated Isla Mujeres’ Punta Norte beach as the #9 rated beach in the world. It was the only Cancun area beach to make that list!

Happily, our condo is about a block south of the ferry terminal that takes you to Isla Mujeres. There are fun activities on Isla Mujeres, and it is a great way to spend the day making memories.

The condo could easily rent for $1,200-$1,500 a week considering the location and amenities. However, we do not have any art on the wall, daily maid service, or high end décor. We simply offer an awesome location, a comfortable condo with fantastic amenities, and a value price.

When you book, we will furnish you with a full array of options for safe and reliable transportation, tours and activities. A property manager will assist you with check in, and any questions or needs during your stay. You will be secure behind a guarded gate, with security personnel constantly patrolling.

There is an activities palapa hut next to the pool with chairs, tables, and counters for group activities or meetings, and a golf course is nearby.

There are two sets of public restrooms at the pool area, one set is handicap accessible.

At a dock right off the beach, you can rent a wave runner for $30 per half hour, and buy fresh fish every day!

A fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer are provided for your comfort.
