Park Royal Condominiums is located in the heart of the hotel zone. Ocean front, the condo also overlooks the pool with water views from the living area as well as from the bedrooms. A Mayan ruin is on the property, and is visible from the terrace.
The unit is fully equipped and offers a spacious terrace with outdoor hot tub and ocean view, a kitchenette, living/dining room, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, each with a Jacuzzi tub.
The condominium has a private beach and a swimming pool. Day passes or an all-inclusive bracelet is available. A weekly linen service is provided, and additional maid service is available.
Directly across the street from the property, on the lagoon side, is La Isla, Cancun’s largest outdoor mall. There are over 160 stores, restaurants of all kinds and a movie theatre. Buses run here all over the city to attractions such as Market 28, an authentic Mexican market.

Travel to Cancun usually see’s U.S. visitors arrive at Cancun International Airport. Though arrival via cruise services is also a possibility. Both Taxi’s and bus service is available. One word of warning, many companies offer free rides to your destination, but in exchange you will be required to listen to a time-share pitch. By proceeding directly to the outdoor transportation area, you will likely only encounter professional services.
