This “resort-class” condominium has it all! Completed and furnished in December 2013, Sayan #22’s open floor plan encompasses 2400 sq. ft., offering three bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, and a large, kitchen/living area with 4 – 5 ft. disappearing glass doors that completely open to a balcony with fantastic views of the bay and town.
Resort amenities include extremely beautiful tropical landscaping, three heated pools with large deck areas for lounging and sunning, three hot tubs (two outside overlooking the ocean), large deck/patio around pools, lanai adjacent to the bar/restaurant area, tennis court, and an indoor-outdoor “state-of-the-art” gym with ocean views from your treadmill.
While situated walking distance to old downtown, the Zona Romantica, and Los Muertos beach, the area is residential with classic private villas, remaining very tranquil and off-the-beaten-path. There is private Amapas Beach access via a stairway and gate, only 100 feet to the sand!
