Our gourmet kitchen has a dream 9x4 center island, stainless appliances, and includes all necessary cook and bake ware.

Our new dining room table seats 8 and the 9 foot island an additional 3. Bench kitchen seating please add 2-3.

The lower level has additional seating for 4. (A High chair is available upon request.)

The beautiful Master Bed Suite has Luxury Spa Bath tucked privately at rear of home, 2nd bath shared with Suites 2 & 3 at front of home.

Huge Open Concept Great Room with Cathedral ceilings open to Gourmet kitchen. Bedroom Suites 4 and 5 in lower level.(Free WIFI)

Our lower level 2 full bedroom suites include...soon to be a Queen...presently a Double...and a set of bunks in one suite and soon to be a Double and 1 twin in other suite...currently 2 twins.

You will also find a 3rd full bath, 2nd kitchen area, rec room with TV, pool table, foosball table, kids play area with play kitchen, dress ups, legos, puzzles, games, and hours of childs play.

The home is located walking distance from the beautiful Armbrust YMCA with 8 membership passes included…huge zero depth indoor pool, workout, basketball, classes, free day care.

Multiple theaters, restaurants and an 18 hole golf course all located within minutes. Less than 1 mile from our homes...Lake Zorinsky is just beautiful!

Families love the awesome covered picnic and play areas, waterpark, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, etc., Annual Wine Festival in September is a short 5 minutes…Fall…Vala's Pumpkin Patch (crazy awesome!)5 minutes. Mahoney State Park…20 minutes.
