How Do I Know The Properties Advertised Are Legitimate?
Many vacation rental directories will list any “property” that can provide the fee, without checking to ensure the listing photos and description accurately represent the property. As internet postings can be misleading, VIP Vacation Rentals takes it upon itself to verify each property listing.
Another way to be sure is to simply contact the property owner/manager on the telephone rather than strictly through electronic communication. If concerns present themselves after speaking with the owner/manager, you can always ask for information to contact past renters.
When making payment for a vacation rental, we always recommend using a secured option such as PayPal or a credit card.
What Is The Cancellation Policy?
The best way to be certain is to send an email inquiry or call the property owner/manager and inquire directly.
Remember that some discounted rates cannot be cancelled, though that would be specified at the time of booking.

What Does My Profile Include?
Your individual profile page also includes 5-10 high quality pictures, area location, a general description, availability and rate information, amenities offered, and property testimonials from past clients. Inclusion of a video property tour is also recommended.
What Photos Should I Include On The Profile?
- Exterior photographs of property in at least two separate seasons when it is particularly lovely.
- Photographs of the main living area, kitchen, dining area, and one of each bedroom.
- Additional photographs of any extra amenities like a hot tub, pool table, game room, etc.
The minimum photograph size requirement is 850x555pixel with the highest resolution possible.
