Once home to a Hollywood star, Casa de Las Palapas is one of the most talked about and unique waterfront estates Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Available to accommodate up to 11 guests, Las Palapas is ideal for family getaways, reunions or fun couples trips.
The beautiful and newly updated villa is located along the upscale Conchas Chinas shoreline, just five minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta. It includes a private chef, bartender, driver and housekeeper to cater to your every need.
Behind Las Palapas’ private walls are unobstructed and panoramic views of the bay from nearly every room in the villa. Lush gardens, a serene, private beach, a 22′ swimming pool, an outdoor fire pit and a spacious entertainment room are all part of the experience.
With endless entertaining possibilities, your group will enjoy sipping afternoon cocktails poolside, lounging on the private beach below, enjoying a fully prepared, gourmet dinner overlooking the Bay of Banderas, and ending the perfect day with nightcaps around the oceanside fire.

There is full-time chef and full-time houseman are available to prepare two meals of your choice per day and provide bartending service.
(Please know that guests are only asked to reimburse for the actual food and beverage costs which are typically minimal and depend on the meal and drink preferences of guests. On average, meals are $10 per person. Alcohol varies.)
The houseman is also available to provide transportation for up to eight guests around the region utilizing the house Suburban. (There is an established cost based on distance. Transportation is available to the airport but unfortunately, we cannot pick up guests from the airport.)
The full-time housekeeper cleans the house and each guestroom daily (Sundays excepted).
Two washers and dryers are available for laundry use.
Two kitchens are available, one for more formal dining on the Upper Vista Terrace and the other on the Ocean and Pool Terrace level.
With its proximity to the Pacific Ocean, Puerto Vallarta is home to myriad outdoor activities. Fishing enthusiasts will find a variety of ways to reel in a big catch: chart a deep-sea fishing tour, drop a line in from the shore or head out for some kayak fishing. 
Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) fields connections to airport hubs in the U.S. and Canada. It is located about 15 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta. Taxis and vans run regularly from the airport to various zones throughout the area. Prices are pre-determined based on which zone your destination is in.
Puerto Vallarta's dining options include local traditional Mexican dishes, world-class restaurants, and cuisine from all over the world. For on-the-go dining, check out a taco stand or try local favorite pescado embarazado — fish on a stick — from a fresh seafood vendor. The area is also home to an annual 10-day culinary festival in November called the Festival Gourmet International Vallarta, which has been held every year since 1995 and attracts culinary professionals from around the world.
