The home can also be separated into an upper level unit and lower level unit if you don’t need the entire property (and for a lesser cost) The Upper Unit is 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths and the Lower Unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Both units have their own full kitchens.
