Additional information
Brand new home with modern style, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and custom theater room.
This home sits in a great neighborhood and has awesome views from the large back deck, living room, master bedroom and lower patio.
There are 2 full kitchens one on the main floor and one on the lower level. The lower kitchen is complete and is built out like a commercial bar.
Based on guest feedback I have recently invested in 3 new mattresses to make sure that my guests are very comfortable during their stay. 4 bedrooms are furnished as bedrooms.
The billiards room is the 5th. There are 2 masters with private bathrooms. Both have very nice memory foam mattresses.
The other 2 bedrooms have very nice pillow top mattresses. There is also a queen air mattress located in the lower master bedroom that is optional if your party needs an additional bed.
This home is conveniently located in the center of everything. 10-15 MAX minutes to everything- downtown, 30 minutes to ski mountains, 15 minutes to the lakes, 5 minutes to grocery and convenience stores.
Pet disclaimer: I have a strict no pets policy. Many people have allergies to pets and a violation of this policy requires costly cleaning on my part. Please be respectful of this.
Additional persons policy: Due to the size of my home a few guests have not been honest about the number of people in their party so I'd like to be very clear about this policy. I will always try to be as accommodating as possible so if you have a special request please ask. That said if you do not honestly state the number of people in your party it will result in a loss of your damage deposit and potential additional cleaning charges.
Damage deposit refund: Your damage deposit will be refunded 7 days after your stay if no damage is reported.
