With 2 queens, a queen sleeper, & 2 fulls, this home can comfortably sleep 10. There is a hot top that seats 8 and sits on the rivers edge.
The property has private road access & is adjacent to Sunriver and Caldera Springs. With 450’ of river frontage on one side & 450’ of golf course frontage on the other side and your own private boat dock, this is truly a unique property.
You will be only 25 minutes from Mt Bachelor & Bend. But since Cross-Country skiing or snowshoeing are just steps away for a 7 mile golf course trail & only 5 minutes to stores, shops, & restaurants, you may not want to leave this little tranquil paradise.
Fish for native brown trout right out your back door or a short 5 minute drive to Caldera Springs or Sunriver for a round of golf.
