Enjoy the front covered deck swing bench for two, or coffee in the two large outdoor wicker chairs while experiencing a breathtaking sunrise. In the evening, dine outdoors at a private picnic table and grilling area steps from the front porch, immersed in the peaceful surroundings.

The beautiful Lake Lure area (home to the filming of the movie ‘Dirty Dancing”) is only 15 minutes away, and offers seasonal scenic boat tours, tennis, golf, biking, ziplines, fishing, and lakeside restaurants.

We boast pet friendly and we mean it! We strive to provide the ultimate convenience for you and safety for your pet.

The cabin back door opens directly into a large fenced area. Well-mannered dogs can be off leash on the south 40 acres and trails surrounding the cabin and are welcome elsewhere on the property leashed.

Max of 2 dogs per stay please. Pet services and doggie day care can also be provided upon request.

Stalls/pasture boarding available for show participants and traveling horsemen. Equestrian facilities include large a 9 stall barn with hot/cold water wash rack, humidity controlled tack room, washer/dryer, full bathroom, matted stalls w/fans & automatic waterers, and 20 acres of pastures.
