The unit is completely carpeted and fully furnished and features a living room and kitchen-combined gas stove, refrigerator, cookware, microwave, toaster, dishes, TV with cable service, VCR, clock radio, ceiling fan, table and chairs and natural-gas heater; one bedroom has a double bed; the other has one set of bunk beds and a single bed.
