The Bay Guest House is a deluxe one-story, three-bedroom air-conditioned unit with one bath. It features a great room concept living room with fireplace and spectacular views of the sand beach and bay.

Sandy Bay Shores Estate puts you close to everything — churches, golf courses, boat launches, state parks, great restaurants, boat trips, scenic roads and fine shopping.
Just five miles north of Sturgeon Bay, Sandy Bay Shores is perfect for groups and families. These are 2-3 bedrooms units, all with open concept full kitchens, relaxing living rooms and outdoor areas for grilling and enjoying the sunset.
The kitchen area has built-in pine cupboards, sink, matching gas stove and refrigerator/freezer. The three bedrooms include a master bedroom that features lake views and has a queen-sized bed.
The second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom has a full-sized bed. All the bedrooms have closets.
The combination kitchen and living room has a cathedral ceiling and a ceiling fan. At the far end of the living room area is a patio door that opens onto a deck and affords beautiful views of the sand beach, which is about 75 feet away.
All the rooms are completely carpeted. The unit is completely furnished, including blankets, dishes, cookware, microwave, TV with cable service, VCR, radio, clock, toaster and more. The Bay Guest House is winterized and heated with natural-gas heat and is available all year.
