100 yards from great swimming in a quiet cove’s open water, ‘Chinsegut’ has a private dock for your boat and/or PWC’s. This lakefront home is cozy, comfortable, loads of fun, and offers plenty of room for large/multiple families or reunions.

With a wood burning fireplace, DVD player, and video library, the main floor family room is a great place to gather and relax. The downstairs family room has a pool table for additional entertainment. There is also a “game/card” room with a table, though this area is frequently used for additional dining options.

The master bedroom is on the main level with a private bathroom, three bedrooms are upstairs (one with a queen bed, and two with two twin beds each), and there are two bedrooms on the lower level (each with two twin beds). Two dining rooms, a breakfast bar, and two tables on the large back porch offer seating for 25.

Two of the four bedrooms with twin beds can be set up as king beds with the provided converter kits. If needed, the property’s four full size couches offer additional sleeping possibilities.

Less than 2 miles from all shopping and the new theater. Golf courses are all around; boat or drive to dining in minutes.

A state park entrance is 0.7 miles from the house with a public boat ramp, swimming area, camping, picnic tables, etc. You can easily put your boat in at the park, and dock it at our private dock. The public boat ramp is less than a minute (via boat) to our private dock!

The Publix, movie theater, Ritz Carlton, and the wine & spirits store are all less than 2 miles from the house!
