Additional information

Golf course and ocean views from most windows and doors. Wonderful ocean breezes and beautiful views. We were very fortunate to be able to buy a rare end unit.

This offers more square footage, more windows and sliders, but mostly it brings the beauty of Hawaii into our living room. We have vaulted ceilings and lots of space.

The kitchen and baths have been remodeled with granite and nice glass enclosures. Country Club villas offers three pools, three hot tubs and two tennis courts for your enjoyment.

Our lanai overlooks the Kona Country Club and the ocean. The golf course is scheduled to open February 2016.

It has been great fun helping families and couples plan their vacation in Hawaii. So far we have only been able to work on our new place.

But we are sure to have many wonderful times here and know that our guests will also have an amazing vacation in our new place. Please feel free to contact me to ask any questions.

Activities

ActivitiesThe west coast of Hawaii is know as the “Kona Side”. Due to the local weather conditions this side of Hawaii is almost always dry and sunny, and there are numerous white sand beaches perfect for sunbathing, snorkeling and swimming! The Kona side of the Island is also known for its lush green golf courses that form an unearthly contrast with the black lava they are build upon and attract top-players from around the world.

Transportation

TransportationTravel to Kona International Airport (KOA) in Kona to the west, or Hilo International Airport (ITO) in Hilo to the east. Most visitors arrive in Kona. There is also the option of flying into Honolulu International Airport (HNL) on Oahu first and then taking a short, 35-40 minute flight to Hawaii Island.

Food & Drink

Food & DrinkThe slopes of the volcanoes around Kona are home to the world famous Kona coffee, so if you are into coffee try to visit a Kona coffee farm. You can of course also get a fresh cup of Kona coffee in town. Aside from getting your coffee fix, be sure to check out many of the island’s many Hawaiian grills, seafood establishments and sushi joints.
