You will be in the Heart of the Hotel Zone (known as Zona Hotelera in Spanish) at the midpoint of Cancun Island, only 15 minutes from the airport, directly behind Plaza Kukulcan, between the Park Royal and Ritz Carlton.
The entry level of this condo features a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, and the guest bedroom and bathroom.
The living area features an entertainment center, plush seating, and large glass sliders leading to two connecting beachfront balconies. The comfy sofas can also be converted to queen size beds, for additional sleeping accommodations.
The kitchen features granite counter tops, high end appliances, and a wrap-around counter with a breakfast bar, while the dining area offers a table with seating for five and views of the sparkling Caribbean Sea over the spacious balcony.
Just off of the sunny living area is the guest bedroom, furnished with two twin size beds. The conveniently located guest bathroom offers a mirrored vanity with sink and a shower.
Just upstairs, the private master suite boasts a comfy queen size bed, a private beachfront balcony, large flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The master bathroom features a mirrored vanity with sink, built-in storage, and shower.
There are three pools with lifeguards and plenty of lounge chairs for both the pool and beach. Palapa huts provide seating and shade at each pool. Private tennis and basketball courts offer additional activity options.

Villas Marlin is located at the midpoint of Cancun Island, only 15 minutes from the airport, directly behind Plaza Kukulcan. Inside the Plaza Kukulcan mall is the brand new Soriana Supermarket for grocery shopping steps from your beautiful home.
Kukulkan Plaza is home to Luxury Avenue (Fendi, Cartier, Prada, Swarovski etc.), a variety of restaurant choices (Burger King to Ruth Chris Steak House), clothing and souvenir shops and a Casino.
The newest shopping and entertainment center, 'LA ISLA SHOPPING VILLAGE,' is in walking distance. This 'open air' mall also offers a huge variety of restaurants, shops, and an aquarium that features swimming with the dolphins. For nightlife, you are a 5 minute taxi ride from Cancun's world famous nightclub and party center. We are also 5 minutes from the beautiful new Tuscan Style "Plaza La Isla Village".
Transportation stops right in front of Plaza Kukulcan Mall. The Bus is only 1 dollar to take your all around the city of Cancun.
