There is a handy mini-mart, gift shop, laundry room, and restaurant in our complex. Transportation to shopping is a convenient 7 minute bus ride away. You can catch a bus (which stops every 1 or 2 minutes) just outside our 24 hour security gate. Shopping malls, flea markets, restaurants, sight-seeing, and night life are all just minutes away.

Stay in and cook for yourself or enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at our own poolside/oceanfront Restaurant. They will also deliver.....just dial extension 77. Or venture out to one of the many fabulous restaurants in Cancun.

The kitchenette includes a full-size frost-free stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, burner stove-top, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, slow cooker, electric fry-pan, dishes, and cooking utensils.

The office of our bilingual (English/Spanish) property manager is in the same building. If you have questions or need a hand, she is there for your convenience.
