A one bedroom furnished apartment, the bedroom has a queen size bed with closet. The living room has a closet and futon sofa, which folds out to a double size bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and a washer/dryer machine, cable TV, and Wi-Fi Internet are provided for your convenience.

The new property has an amazing outdoor pool, well equipped gym, beautiful landscaping, barbeque areas, and more to enjoy! The condo accommodates four guests very comfortably.

This property it is just off the beach, the pool is amazing! There is a beautiful landscaped garden with meandering pathways to a BBQ area, pool, and the beach. You will be secure behind a guarded gate, with constantly patrolling security personnel.

Property features a private beach, and is within minutes of downtown or the Hotel Zone.

There is a Superama Wal-Mart Grocery store just minutes away on Avenieda Bonampak, a convenience store across the street and several beachfront restaurants just minutes down the road.

The ferry terminal to Isla Mujeres is a half a block away too! This is a fantastic location!

Pick up and drop off transportation from/to the airport can be provided for$ 30 USD each way.
