Situated on the fairway of the championship Tom Weiskopf Golf Course & Private Marina, rated third in the Caribbean by Golf Digest, our property overlooks the beautiful Bay of Mujeres!

The luxury executive condo is located in the security gated Puerto Cancun community, which is adjacent to both downtown Cancun and the Hotel Zone’s only remaining untouched oceanfront. Nova Cancun’s stunning beach is only about a mile away!

The spacious third floor terrace offers views of two gorgeous swimming pools, amazing sunrises, and an outdoor hot tub. Enjoy the shade of the Palapa when entertaining by the pool, or walk/bike the numerous walkways through the tropical gardens’ lush vegetation and soothing water features. For additional exercise, visit the state of the art fitness facility and health spa.

Grocery stores, the cinema, and world class restaurants are a mere five minute drive or $2 cab ride away. Alternately, take the provided golf cart for a short excursion to the nearby Walmart Superama grocery store. You have everything you need to make yourself at home!

Cancellation / Prepayment

The rental fee’s first half is due upon reservation. The remaining half must be received 15 days prior to check in.

The $500 refundable deposit is due on site to receive keys. Once the unit is cleared at checkout, the deposit is refunded.

The modern, spacious property is 1,800 sq. ft., with a 205 sq. ft. terrace, 2 bedrooms, and 3 bedrooms. Up to six guests can be comfortable, with a futon in the great room providing additional sleeping capacity.

The property overlooks the beautiful new Tom Weiskopf golf course, which is now currently open for play, provides a golf cart, and has access to Nova Cancun's Beach only about one mile away! Wireless internet service and TV are available in the lobby.
