Conveniently located near the airport and the highway to Playa Del Carmen, Ixcaret, Tulum, Merida, and Palenque, Uxmal, this spot is admired as a vacation destination worldwide. The Zona Maya archeological sites are a short drive away.

The property is only 15 minutes from Cancun international airport, and has two convenience stores and a restaurant on premises. Across the street is a new 24/7 convenience store, and a 10 minute drive finds you a new Supermarket Soriana to solve any grocery needs. A kitchen and refrigerator are provided if you prefer to stay in and prepare your meals.

Transportation to shopping is a convenient 7 minute bus ride away. You can catch a bus (which stops every 1 or 2 minutes) just outside our 24 hour security gate. Shopping malls, flea markets, restaurants, sight-seeing, and night life are all just minutes away.

Expect personal treatment from the owner, who is well cultured from her many travels, loves to be friendly with foreigners as well with locals, and speaks English, French, Spanish, and German.
