New home w/ hot tub, backyard pond – close to snowshoeing trails and only fifteen minutes to the slopes!

In the summer and fall there is a pond for swimming, hiking trails right outside and a screened in porch for balmy summer nights.

Cancellation / Prepayment

If the tenant cancels his/her reservation, all funds received will be refunded only if premises are re-rented by landlord for reservation period.

Landlord will make every effort to re-rent premises.

If re-rented for a lesser amount, the difference between this rental and the lesser rental amount shall not be refunded.

Additional information

We have 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in double spa shower.

The double garage is heated -- great on those cold Vermont mornings! We even have ski boot warmers to keep your toes toasty.

Master bedroom has 1 king bed. Guest room #1 has a queen bed. Guest room #2 has 4 twin beds (2 regular beds and 2 trundle beds with regular mattresses - no bunk beds).

The guest bathroom has a double vanity and a combined tub/shower.
