Rustic, lakeside home in quiet cove with large deck and max dock for swimming, fishing, storing your jet ski, or tying up your boat!

This rustic, one story home is located on a quiet, peaceful cul-de-sac.  The max dock has a jet ski lift and boat tie-ups, and is wonderful for enjoying watersports.

The home is decorated with rustic style lodge décor for an authentic wilderness feel. The vaulted living room ceiling lends a feeling of spaciousness, while the fireplace keeps things cozy and intimate. After a long day of lake activities, gather here to enjoy a movie or show on the large screen TV.

The large outdoor deck offers seating and a grill for BBQ’ing. This private location is perfect for boating to Lake Oconee’s many attractions!

Minutes from a public boat ramp on Hwy. 44. Just an hour outside Atlanta or Athens, and one and one-half hour from Augusta.

Lake home’s master suite includes a king size bed and large screen TV. The master bath has a jetted tub and double sinks. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and attached bath.

There is a siting/reading room with a large futon. The living room also offers a large futon for additional sleeping capacity.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining room provide dining for six, with extra seating at the bar and outdoor seating on the deck. If needed, a child's highchair is available.

The fireplace is for decorative purposes only, no fires are permitted.
