Outdoor hot tub faces the ocean & authentic Mayan ruins! All-inclusive rates available!

Park Royal Condominiums is located in the heart of the hotel zone. Ocean front, the condo also overlooks the pool with water views from the living area as well as from the bedrooms. A Mayan ruin is on the property, and is visible from the terrace.

The unit is fully equipped and offers a spacious terrace with outdoor hot tub and ocean view, a kitchenette, living/dining room, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, each with a Jacuzzi tub.

The condominium has a private beach and a swimming pool. Day passes or an all-inclusive bracelet is available. A weekly linen service is provided, and additional maid service is available.

Directly across the street from the property, on the lagoon side, is La Isla, Cancun’s largest outdoor mall. There are over 160 stores, restaurants of all kinds and a movie theatre. Buses run here all over the city to attractions such as Market 28, an authentic Mexican market.

Outside, almost in front of the entrance, is La Isla, an outdoor mall with a movie theater and over 160 stores and restaurants. Buses run directly from here throughout the city.

A Mayan ruin is on the property and visible from the unit.

The cleaning service is provided once a week replacing linens and towels. Additional cost for extra maid service.

A local activity guide is provided, but we can also organize car rental, tours, transfers to/from the airport etc.
