Clean, comfortable, affordable Park Royal Hotel condo located in the best area of Cancun’s hotel zone (all-inclusive rates are possible for an additional fee).

The unit is fully equipped, and includes a kitchenette, living/dining room with a foldout Murphy bed, one bedroom, and 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. A Mayan ruin is on the property!

The condominium has a private beach and a swimming pool. Day passes or an all-inclusive bracelet is available. A weekly linen service is provided, and additional maid service is available.

Directly across the street is La Isla, Cancun’s largest outdoor mall located on the lagoon side. Here you will find over 160 stores, restaurants of all kinds, and a movie theater.

Buses run from here all over the city to attractions such as Market 28, an authentic Mexican market.

The cleaning service is provided once a week replacing linens and towels. Additional cost for extra maid service.

A local activity guide is provided, but we can also organize car rental, tours, transfers to/from the airport etc.
