Beach views from 25 windows! Bicycles, kayaks, and beach cart provided! This Sea Cliffs end unit is close to St. Joe Park with expansive Gulf views from every room. There is also community pool access.

The first floor plan was redesigned to offer the best experience of views, fun, and cooking. You are sitting right on the Dunes! Walk onto one of three balconies from the living room or bedrooms and feel like you are sitting right on the beach.

There are two bedrooms with king beds, and a bunkroom that sleeps four via a twin bunk bed and trundle daybed. A washer/dryer is provided, as well as a grill on the balcony, four new bicycles, a beach cart, kayaks, and a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath.

Extensive renovation provides many detailed amenities you won’t find in normal rentals. The best views on the Cape and a truly amazing place!

Additional information

We just completed an extensive make over this summer. We have just upgraded the two king beds with new mattresses & pillows! The living room couch was replaced, a new 58' flat screen TV in living room, brand new patio furnishings on all floors and there is an electric grill on first floor balcony.

We replaced carpet in the stairway, and bought 16 sets of new fluffy towels for the bathrooms, so there are plenty! We have hired a new cleaning crew to make sure we get a detailed cleaning every time! It is like a brand new home!

This end unit has 25 windows with expansive views from every single room. Because of the privacy and stunning views, it feels more like a house than part of a development. It's fun cooking and hanging out and have the feeling that the outside is inside!
