Fish and swim from the dock, or enjoy watersports, the heated salt water pool, or the hot tub!

This very private home sits on the beautiful Sawfish Bay Lagoon with a large dock for access to Jupiter’s intracoastal waterway. There is nothing like it in Jupiter!

Located on a spacious, deep, saltwater bay, with nothing but water and an empty, wooded, green island behind the home, there are no homes or boats to interrupt vast water views.

It is only a few hundred feet to the Loxahatchee River, the Jupiter inlet, and the Intracoastal Waterway is just on the other side of the island, with deep water and no fixed bridges to the ocean: about 10 min by boat, and then 10 more to the Gulf stream, in a 15 knot boat.

You can lay or hammock between two large coconut palmas at the pool, visit the dock for fishing or watersports, get into the hot tub or heated salt pool, and have a small fire or cook up some oysters or shrimp in a cooking pot outside at the fire pit! The screened patio overlooks the pool and bay for sitting, reading, or just relaxing.

Charters, boating, fishing, free kayaking, paddle boarding, diving, and much more to do! We furnish kayaks and paddle boards, and have a 46’x18′ Power Cat available to rent with captain for cruising, fishing and diving, by day or overnight.

Additional information

There is no heavy intracoastal boat traffic, just water and peaceful green. The home is also on a dead end road with water on both sides, so no heavy or fast car traffic, for the safety of children and pets.

Library/den, sitting room, living room, dining room, and a spacious well-appointed kitchen w/granite and a large window to look at the bay while you’re cooking and entertaining!

The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed, and a twin day bed with trundle. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a pullout sofa, and four additional couches, two of which are extra-long and wide, that provide additional sleeping capacity.

We have a large gas grill, and the property is only blocks away from good restaurants and shopping.

Free golf cart use! Ride down to the bait and tackle and get some bait or lunch/dinner at the Dune Dog in the neighborhood. And you can fish and swim right from our dock!

We furnish kayaks, paddle boards, dock space for up to a 55' boat, trailer parking, fish cleaning sink w/ light, hot tub, heated pool, smoker, fire pit, four bicycles to ride, ping pong table, basketball goal, chest type freezer (for fish and bait), R.O water system, HE washer and dryer, all linens, WiFi, and free long distance in U.S and Virgin Islands.

There is also a large library, 60' smart 3D flat screen TV w/Blue Ray DVD, Wii game system, stereo with almost 300 loaded CDs, and additional TVs in two bedrooms.

Dining room table seats 10 guests, Kitchen table seats 3-4 guests, farm table seats 6 guests, and porch sofas and coffee tables seat 6. Child’s highchair available.
