Additional information

The apartment is located on a sunny and quiet residential street on Telegraph Hill, in the same block where Lauren Bacall and Humphrey Bogart filmed Scarface, and the epi-center of Armistead Maupin’s Tales of the City collection.

The sweeping city views from both bedrooms and the sun room offer panoramic views of the City of San Francisco, and are perhaps the highlight of this spacious two bedroom apartment.

The newly renovated apartment, (to sleep six plus), has an architect’s touch and includes wonderful oriental carpets, great artwork, stunning chandeliers, books everywhere, a brand new Room and Board sleeper sofa, a coffee table built and signed by Thomas Moser, two flat screen TV’s, new mattresses in the bedrooms, and stunning Ralph Lauren linens.

The kitchen, with new granite counter tops, and hardwood floors, has Dansk Fjord china and flat wear, Ralph Lauren crystal glassware, Dansk pots and pans, designed by award winning designer, Jens H. Quistgaard: everything you need to serve dinner for eight.

The apartment has access to a stunning park like garden, and a wonderful, productive Meyer lemon tree.

In the tradition of Alice Waters and Chez Panisse, you can pick your own lemons and make your own dressing, for a world class salad with greens from Northern California farms!

Just one block from Grant and the heart of North Beach, our location provides access to amazing shopping and restaurants, as well as coffee shops, bars, galleries, museums, parks, churches, a popular bus stop, and a major thoroughfare for taxis.

The apartment is an easy walk to the financial district or to St. Peter and Paul Cathedral and Washington Square.

It is an easy bus ride to Union Square and the San Francisco headquarters of Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom’s, Macy’s, and Williams Sonoma; as well as to the Ferry Building and the new de Young Museum.

Or you can venture out indeed all over San Francisco, to experience the hottest new spots in SOMA, North Beach, Nob Hill, or the Museum district.

This is a wonderful home away from home for a couple, or two, a young family or a corporate executive visiting the City on business.

Discover San Francisco from our spacious and elegant apartment, enjoy world class views, an idea location, and the ultimate in convenience.

San Francisco

San Francisco

Activities

ActivitiesSan Francisco is not a tourist town in the same way that, say, Las Vegas or Key West are tourist towns. But there are so many cool things to do in San Francisco, it has become one of the nation's top destinations for travelers.

From the barking seals and seafood at Fisherman's Wharf to the cafes and bistros in North Beach to the gardens and museums of Golden Gate Park, San Francisco attractions have become brand-names recognized the world over.

Transportation

TransportationSan Francisco is a compact city with an extensive public transportation network that makes getting around without a car the preferred method of seeing the City.

The Bay Area does not have an integrated transit system, and most visitors will use services operated by more than one agency during their visit.

Trip planning is available online anytime, and visitors can call 511 from any phone in the Bay Area and receive trip planning and other transit information.

Within San Francisco, visitors can call 311 at any time from any phone and speak with a live operator for information on Muni and other City services.

Food & Drink

Food & DrinkIt's almost unfair. With world-class wineries, artisinal cheese makers and small farms just a short drive away, San Francisco is awash in culinary riches.

With so many choices, the only downside in this city of plenty is deciding where to eat.
