Tremblant is the highest summit in the Laurentian Mountains, and it offers one of the top ski villages in the world, covering 654 acres and boasting 95 trails on four slopes. The mountain offers skiing from November to April, with a snowmaking system that includes more than 1,000 snow guns. In the summer months, available outdoor activities include world-class golf, as well as opportunities for hiking, biking, fishing, canoeing and other water sports.
Mont-Tremblant International Airport is located in Riviére-Rouge, about 22 miles from Tremblant Mountain. Montreal-Trudeau Airport is about a 75-minute drive to the south of Mont-Tremblant. Mont-Tremblant's public transportation includes intercity bus lines, and area shuttles are also available.
Mont-Tremblant has a little something for everyone when it comes to dining, from simple and casual to fine dining. The local French cuisine takes advantage of the availability of fresh seafood. You’ll find gelato, pastries and local-brewed beers in Mont-Tremblant, which offers a variety of restaurants in three primary areas — the main resort village, the old village and St-Jovite.
