Paseo del Sol provides luxury, tranquility, beach closeness, and a magnificent golf course. This spacious, two bedroom condo is tastefully decorated with excellent quality furniture and furnishings. Reef 106 is a bright and sunny corner unit on the ground level of the complex.

Many beach options are close to ranging from a public beach just a 10 minute walk away, or an all-inclusive day of pampering at the Reef Club right across the street. A 15 minute walk into the shopping district of downtown Playa Del Carmen puts you in the heart of night-life and great dining options.

The property offers many amenities such as a 95 m long pool, gym, and a full sized tennis court.  We are located 10 steps from the fabulous pool. Our beautiful condo has all the amenities you may require to make your vacation an unforgettable one!

Playa del Carmen is the best destination for you to spend your vacation in the Riviera Maya. We are located only 50km away from Cancun and 50km from the Mayan Ruins of Tulum.

Paseo del Sol is located in the exclusive Playacar community. Playacar is a gated community with 24 hour security, containing residences and several all-inclusive hotel resorts. The area is both safe and secure.

The property is located on the ground floor, ten steps away from the pool and a great golf course. We are right across the street from the ocean.

TransportationTravel directly to Playa del Carmen usually see’s U.S. visitors arrive at Cancun International Airport, and about a 45 minute ride. Both Taxi’s and bus service is available. One word of warning, many companies offer free rides to your destination, but in exchange you will be required to listen to a time-share pitch. By proceeding directly to the outdoor transportation area, you will likely only encounter professional services, including the economical ADO Bus. Private taxi’s typically range from $60-90.
