Secluded beachfront location close to downtown: magnificent views, elegant accommodations!

This gorgeous villa/condo offers four bedrooms and five bathrooms on the most desirable swimming beach in Puerto Vallarta. The spacious, 2300 sq. ft. property is located in the exclusive Conchas Chinas area with stunning views of the city, right on the sand with a swimming/waterfall pool.

All who have stayed here have raved and wish to return year after year. The condo is beautifully furnished, and includes a daily maid. A private cook is available in the building to provide meals by request. Next door is the amazing 5 star El Presidente, which provides restaurants, taxis, tennis, and a fitness center.

The wonderful, secluded white sand beach is just beautiful!  Being south of town with the rain forest at our backs makes for a superior climate and the best views. What a great feeling to have your toes in the sand mid-winter!

Additional information

Las Penas is close enough to town yet peacefully fun. The condo's location in the south zone could not have been better. Away from the crowds, but remains just a short bus or taxi ride to downtown Puerto Vallarta or any attraction. The private beach and pool areas are just steps away from the property.

A wonderful cook is on site serving the building - daily from 8:30 to 5:00 pm. Meals can be served in unit, pool side or on the beach. Just call and place your order. Alternatively, it is a simple walk to two beach bars and restaurants, or a cafe in the building.
