Remember you are right behind a popular working restaurant and it does have noise.

Also you are in the country and will hear birds and chickens maybe a goat or cow...this is not a vacation condo it is a rural hawaiian motel but the beds are new and comfy.. the rooms are clean.. and the water is hot.

We are air conditioning free and use the open windows and trade winds to make us comfortable.

We do have a very nice fenced private back yard and little gazebo for your enjoyment. Relax you are in Hawaii now.

Each cabin is equipped with a brand new queen size bed, fresh linens and fluffy pillows. The rooms are perfect for singles or a couple. We do have floor futons for the children.

For your convenience we also provide a small refrigerator and a coffee maker, which includes the famous regional Ka'u Coffee to brew at your leisure.

A small cooler is provided for ice and free refills available when the restaurant is open.

Special rates for longer stays are available. We do have a bar down the street a grocery market across the street ad you can flag down the Hele On Bus anywhere in town. The bus schedule is available on the internet.
