Additional information

Nestled right on the beach, below the Conchas Chinas hotel and the El Set restaurant. It is the second to last villa at the end of Easy Street, a cobblestone drive that descends down from the main road and runs along the beach in front of other million dollar private villas.

Casa del Mar is just a few feet from the Lindomar timeshare resort that has 24 hours security patrols. The villa is operated by our permanent, full-time staff of three, available 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday), to meet your every need. All staff costs are included in the rental fee.

Two weeks before your arrival, you will receive the Guest Arrival Information form to record your arrival details, the food you want stocked for Sunday when the staff are not there, and what entree you would like for your arrival dinner.

The food and drink you have ordered will be at the villa along with the first meal you have ordered. On your arrival guacamole, tostados, and margaritas will be prepared.

Our cook, Rita prepares two outstanding meals each day for guests that you will select from her extensive gourmet menu. She shops every day for fresh ingredients, and will provide receipts. For lunches you can order additional lunch-type food. You will be responsible for reimbursing her for the cost of meal ingredients, and additional food and beverages that you have ordered. Food costs are surprisingly low.

Watch for dolphins, whales (in season) and sea birds like peliqins, white Garsas, and the occasional blue-footed booby.

Casa del Mar is right on the beach in the prestigious Conchas Chinas neighborhood. Cross our cobblestone path & down a few steps to the beach. The shallow sandy beach is ideal for swimmers of all ages.

The imposing Sera Nevada mountains soar above the villa covered with lush tropical forests.

The property is ideal deal for families with children. Lots to do around the pool, on the beach, and in town.

Snorkel among the volcanic rock right in front of the villa. Have a boat pick you off our beach for fishing.

Look along the beach toward down-town Puerto Vallarta. Walk along the beach (25 minutes) to the famous Los Muertos beach and the Malecon.

Seven Championship golf courses are available within half an hour. Our concierge can make arrangements.

A kayak is available. Elijah, our beach concierge, will help you launch it. There is great fishing among the rocks right in front of the villa.
