Spacious separate ohana (extra studio) downstairs comes complete with queen-sized bed, full bath and kitchenette. Downstairs ohana also has its own generous outdoor lanai and dining set.

Enjoy the extensive 1,000 ft. lanai surrounding the top floor while you enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner outside!

The lanai overlooks the palm grove and plumeria, mango, and kukui nut trees on the property!

This home is located less than 2 minutes from the wonderful, secluded Black Pebble Beach! It is perfect for snorkeling, diving, swimming, kayaking & sunbathing.

The home is located 15 minutes from Kealakekua Bay, the Captain Cook monument and close to coffee plantations, the town of Captain Cook and several beautiful beaches!

Also, the property is only 1 hour from Volcano National Park, 20 minutes from the historic Hawaiian "City of Refuge," and the lovely Napopoo Road, where the famous "Painted Church" is located.
