This enormous, 7000 sq. ft., private villa is nestled in the mountainside of Old Town Vallarta, offering stunning views of Bay of Banderas and the city, from Islas Marietas, to Punta de Mita, to Mismaloya, all the way to Cabo Corrientes.
The fourth home constructed in the hills of Amapas back in 1971 by architect Guillermo Wolfe, a friend of John Huston, Casa Panoramica is just three blocks from Los Muertos Beach – minutes away from great restaurants and world famous nightlife, but still private enough for quiet vacation moments.
The restored villa’s nearly 2000 sq. ft. of balcony and deck space includes five patios and/or balconies for relaxing and entertaining. The most amazing panoramic views are from the top terrace!
The private, heated pool is maintained carefully, with water temperatures between 80-85° F. Enjoy the wet bar, conveniently appointed in the pool patio area!
