This enormous, 7000 sq. ft., private villa is nestled in the mountainside of Old Town Vallarta, offering stunning views of Bay of Banderas and the city, from Islas Marietas, to Punta de Mita, to Mismaloya, all the way to Cabo Corrientes.

The fourth home constructed in the hills of Amapas back in 1971 by architect Guillermo Wolfe, a friend of John Huston, Casa Panoramica is just three blocks from Los Muertos Beach – minutes away from great restaurants and world famous nightlife, but still private enough for quiet vacation moments.

The restored villa’s nearly 2000 sq. ft. of balcony and deck space includes five patios and/or balconies for relaxing and entertaining. The most amazing panoramic views are from the top terrace!

The private, heated pool is maintained carefully, with water temperatures between 80-85° F. Enjoy the wet bar, conveniently appointed in the pool patio area!

Cancellation / Prepayment

50% due upon reservation; fully refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival.

If cancellation is received within 60 days of arrival, a refund will only be possible if the villa can be re-rented. Otherwise the 50% balance will be reserved (for up to one year) as a credit toward a future stay.

A refurbished, original villa on the mountainside, Casa Panoramica is perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats, or a gathering of friends looking to have a great vacation in Puerto Vallarta.

From our balconies, you can see the entire Banderas Bay, from Islas Marietas, to Punta de Mita, to Mismaloya, all the way to Cabo Corrientes. The villa’s perfect location, three blocks from Los Muertos Beach, allows for amazing views.

Offers six different suites split among three levels to choose from, Casa Panoramica is a unique vacation opportunity in Puerto Vallarta.

The main house is split on two levels, with two bedrooms on each level. Three bedrooms have king-size, pillow-top beds and private balconies. The fourth bedroom features two, extra-long, double-sized pillow-top beds.

Another level above the villa’s main house is a two bedroom suite with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops and a 700 square foot balcony - ideal for entertaining and enjoying those memorable Puerto Vallarta sunsets. One bedroom has a queen-size, pillow-top bed, quilted down comforter, and ocean and city views. The second bedroom has a king-size, pillow-top bed, quilted comforter, and is our quietest bedroom.

If confirmed/requested at reservation, a continental breakfast is served daily 8am to 10am. In-house catering is available as an option to groups, with 30 days advance deposit.
