This private executive home sits on an acre of landscaped tropical Hawaiian paradise. Help yourself to the many fruit trees. We offer avocados, papaya, banana, orange, grapefruit, lemon, lime and coffee trees! At a 1000 foot elevation you will find the perfect temperatures quite comfortable!

The Kitchen is open to the living room and fully stocked with everything a master chef would want. Enjoy the sunset every evening while preparing your own special culinary delights!

Enjoy sports, cable TV or stream Netflix movies from the huge 72" Sony entertainment system in the living room. Both suites and bedrooms have TV and streaming capability for enhanced entertainment. Wireless printer offers printing, copying and scanning capabilities for all your business needs.

The main master suite offers AC and has a huge bathroom with a large double head shower. It opens up through the glass sliding doors to the pool.

The second private suite offers AC, is very large and offers private bath and sitting area. The third bedroom opens up to the atrium situated in the middle of the house. The fourth bedroom is optional for office or bedroom depending on your needs.

Though secluded and private this property is conveniently located 6 minutes from Wal-Mart and Safeway, 10 minutes from Costco's and 15 minutes from the airport. The beaches are a 15 minute drive.

ActivitiesThe west coast of Hawaii is know as the “Kona Side”. Due to the local weather conditions this side of Hawaii is almost always dry and sunny, and there are numerous white sand beaches perfect for sunbathing, snorkeling and swimming! The Kona side of the Island is also known for its lush green golf courses that form an unearthly contrast with the black lava they are build upon and attract top-players from around the world.

Transportation

TransportationTravel to Kona International Airport (KOA) in Kona to the west, or Hilo International Airport (ITO) in Hilo to the east. Most visitors arrive in Kona. There is also the option of flying into Honolulu International Airport (HNL) on Oahu first and then taking a short, 35-40 minute flight to Hawaii Island.
