The home is located within Puerto Vallarta's city limits. Three of the area's best restaurants are less than a three minute walk. Premier beaches, Viejo Vallarta (the Old Town), shopping, and restaurants are within walking distance or a short cab ride away. The villa and its grounds offer panoramic and magnificent views overlooking the expanses of Banderas Bay and the city with its landmark cathedral, Our Lady of Guadalupe, with its famous crown steeple.
In a word, Casa Coco's location is "perfect.” Situated in Puerto Vallarta's prestigious Altavista neighborhood, the villa's isolated setting is on a quiet, dead-end, street. The home is literally minutes from all that's good about the city. Beaches, Viejo Vallarta (the Old Town), shopping and restaurants are within walking distance or a short cab ride away. Privacy and Security –
Casa Coco is perched on a steep verdant knoll and offers seclusion, privacy and modern elegance combined with old world charm. The home is completely walled with an entrance from a quiet side street through a large and attractive arched covered iron gate. The walls coupled with the hillside location provide complete security and privacy without compromising the magnificent views of the city and Banderas Bay.
Casa Coco has a spacious, open air atmosphere. The four bedrooms are separated from each other allowing multiple couples to share the facilities while maintaining their individual privacy. All bedrooms have private baths.
Staffed Comfort –
The staff of three will attend to your every need. Carmen, your housekeeper, provides complete maid service six times weekly and will meet you on arrival and acquaint you with the villa's amenities. Fidel, your houseman, takes care of the pool, supervises the rest of the staff and also stops by six times a week to check on your needs and handle repairs or other problems that might arise.
He speaks excellent English and can provide insight into local restaurants, shopping and attractions. You groundskeeper, Felipe, maintains the patio and garden areas daily (excepting Sunday). Your own private cook can be optionally arranged.
Luxury and Amenities –
The villa's collection of art make it a mini-gallery. The blended use of masonry, stonework and native floor and ceiling tiles create an architectural masterpiece. The surrounding grounds and gardens make it a real tropical paradise. The large private swimming pool with its surrounding patio, old Moorish fountain, bar and shady "palapa" (large palm thatched umbrella) will be the focal point of entertainment and relaxation.
The furnishings and decor reflect the true Mexican flavor in an elegant setting. Each bedroom has individually controlled, refrigerated air conditioning, and all rooms and patios feature ceiling fans. The home has a washer/dryer, three multilingual cable televisions, two VCRs and a stereo system.
