With 2 Bedrooms - large west-facing vaulted master (new Brooklyn Bedding Talalay latex king mattress) and sunrise-facing guest bedroom (queen) - and 2 Baths, along with a spacious loft (full bed/office), the home sleeps 6 six comfortably (7 with roll-away).

Enjoy the newly renovated 3/4 master Bath, full hall bath, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, breakfast area, spacious loft with double bed and large desk, exercise bike, dumbbells, yoga mat, library, espresso maker, full-size washer/dryer & stereo, effective portable A/C for the rare times it's needed (make note: there is NO TELEVISION; however there is reliable high speed Wi-Fi)

Outside, relax on the 300 sq' shaded deck and enjoy 360-degree town, canyon and mountain views. With deck furniture for 6, new gas grill, charcoal grill, outdoor speakers and Wi-Fi throughout the property, the backyard truly is an extension of the house and has plenty of privacy thanks to the home's placement and orientation.
