Casa Salinas I is a luxurious oceanfront villa on a private sandy beach, along the prestigious South Shore. It is beautifully furnished with an emphasis on color and comfort with unique art accenting each room. Supremely comfortable, this gorgeous home, with its décor in creamy whites, tactile textures and stained glass, reflects a comfortable haven of elegance.

The unique palapa high ceiling and glass doors of the living room open to the ocean, and the L-shaped bar promotes friendly conversation. The heated infinity pool faces the ocean just steps from the sandy beach, where you can enjoy BBQ and romantic candle light dinners.

The staff will serve you with warm Mexican hospitality and guests are assured of eating well with our chef’s gourmet meals. You will enjoy a new exercise facility, satellite TV, WIFI Internet access throughout, DVD Player and purified water.

Additional information

You enter the cobblestone drive by passing through a monogrammed wrought iron gate and richly carved doors.

You will be hosted by Juan, the Manager, who speaks excellent English. He is assisted by a staff consisting of your personal chef, maid and houseman who cater to your every need 6 days a week.

3 meals are served daily: breakfast, a light lunch and dinner (all meals are optional and food not included in the rate)

For those special occasions we can order mariachis, manicures, pedicures, birthday cakes, flowers, etc. – just let us know your needs.

Charter our boat for fishing, snorkeling, scuba or sightseeing around the Bay – Juan is a great captain and knows all the best spots.

Children are welcome, cribs and highchairs are available and childcare can be arranged.

If you need space for a large group then we invite you to book the Casa Salinas I and Casa Salinas II. For your pleasure we have 2 magnificent villas, side by side to accommodate up to 30 people in 15 bedrooms.

Our boat is available to charter for fishing, snorkeling, scuba or sightseeing around the Bay – Juan is a great captain and knows all the best spots.

The nearby cobblestone streets of Puerto Vallarta provide culture, art and many galleries. The town has plenty of nightlife, excellent restaurants, cafes and shops combined with Old Mexico charm.

Golf, tennis and family-fun activities are within a short drive.
