The master and den both have 5.1 surround sound and there is a dedicated 7.1 surround sound, high end theater room featuring a 106 inch screen with 1080p projector the family will just love.

Both baths have whirlpool tubs, the master bath sports a double vanity, and one can relax with the tranquil 150 gallon aquarium in the large custom shower also featuring a second zone for music while getting ready for your adventurous day or night.

There is a King bed in the master, the secondary rooms have three queen beds. The theater could also sleep guests on the comfortable sectional couch there. The kitchen is spacious and has a gas stove and oven, microwave, and dish washer.

There is also a large patio area in the yard with a gas grill. There, a majestic Live Oak offers shade on a hot day, along with two umbrella shaded patio tables that seat 10 people.

The property is 5 minutes away from City park, and its various Bass fishing ponds, and golf course, Lake Ponchatrain, historic Bayou St. John, the Carrolton Street Car line, and the New Orleans Museum of Art to name a few.
