Upscale, gorgeous, peaceful, Sun City retirement community rental with many activities and great location!

This beautiful, spacious garden home is comfortable, very clean, fully furnished with upscale décor, and complete with amenities for entertainment and vacationing. The property features a wonderful covered patio, perfect for enjoying your first cup of coffee in the morning, or sharing a glass of wine at sunset.

Sun City is a great neighborhood for walking or biking close to three golf courses. You will enjoy the walking trails or miles of sidewalks where you will meet friendly neighbors. The softball field is nearby to watch local residents compete. The home is convenient to many activities including golf, tennis, fishing, shopping, restaurants, nature trails, and a very nice dog park.

The wonderful, historic town of Georgetown is close by with many choices of restaurants and shopping and a beautiful courthouse. Mall shopping, outlet shopping, and typical chain stores are also convenient. The property has easy access to the beautiful new Hwy 195, the scenic Ronald Reagan Blvd that goes all the way to Austin, and I35 for quicker trips into nearby Austin. The new toll road 130 will take you to the Bergstrom Airport with very little traffic.

Your family pet is welcome. Pet resident fee applies $100 small dog or call $150 for dog over 20 lbs.

Two dog parks are available for pets to exercise, both within walking distance, less than one mile away.

Additional information

The oversize living room has light streaming in from the large windows, glass doors to the covered patio, comfortable seating, and ample space for your visitors.

The efficient kitchen is open to the living area so cooking and visiting easily co-exist. The separate dining area is comfortable for two, but can easily accommodate four to six around the dining table.

The Guest Bedroom/Office area includes a full bathroom, and is located in the front of the home, separate from the living area. This provides a quiet area for computer work as well as a private area for guests and family to stay overnight.

The back of the home has the large master bedroom, a comfortable and private retreat with king size bed, full bedroom set, sitting area, and TV. The en-suite bathroom features a two sink vanity, a walk-in shower (a favorite by all), and a spacious walk-in closet making dressing convenient, with lots of space to store clothing and suitcases. All sheets, comforters, pillows, and blankets are provided, as well as ample sets of towels for both bathrooms.

The home is located near Sun City’s Texas Drive amenity center that offers classes, dances, sports, park, and the acclaimed Veterans Center. Walking areas are close-by in this quiet neighborhood. If you awake early, you will often see the deer and turkeys wander by in the adjoining green belts. Now and then you may spot a rabbit hopping by and a multitude of birds live in the many trees surrounding the area.

Sun City offers 'Putters'' a full restaurant at the White Wing Golf Course, and Wrigleys, a sports bar where great pizza, salads and sandwiches are the mainstay. A new restaurant will soon open at the Legacy Golf Course with a beautiful outdoor patio. A nearby coffee or casual dinner stop is the Corner Store, serving residents from breakfast till after dinner. This is a local gas station, and a great place for those last minute food items.

Sun City “member” activities available for tenants staying for 3+ months include: dances, live stage shows, seminars, crafts, fitness center, horseshoes, movies, and many other scheduled activities per 'Sun Rays' printed bulletin. Bulletin is usually 80 pages of information monthly.

Toys, books, board games, stereo, CD player, and DVD player with video library are available for guest use.
