General
Peaceful lake house on open water w/ gameroom, boat dock, and onsite boat rental. Only 1 ½ hour from Dallas!
Waterfront living gives you an incredible sense of peace, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Cedar Creek Lake is an amazing lake with many areas to explore. Sunsets on the lake are a favorite past-time. Sit on the deck and enjoy the incredible view!
Facing south with easy access to the lake, the lake house is shadowed by trees with a great breeze coming off the water, pushing all flying insects away and keeping us cool no matter the outdoor temperature.
Inside, enjoy the air-conditioned garage which has been converted into a gameroom. Play darts, ping pong, snooker (English 10′ x 5′ pool table), or the PS3 or Wii on the big screen.
The house’s back deck has a BBQ grill and outdoor seating. Hammock chairs, a lakefront fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and an outdoor patio area make relaxing outdoors quite enjoyable! The two story boat dock has wireless remote boat lifts and two sunbathing decks.
Tubes, life jackets, boat rental, and single person or large party floats are available on request. There is nowhere better than being on the lake and enjoying family, lake activities, and fun with friends!
