The Villas Marlin complex has 3 pools (including a kids' pool), whirlpools, mini market, laundry service, tennis court, and 24-hour manned security with gated, controlled entry and a very friendly staff.
The Villas are located in a quiet area directly behind the upscale Kukulkan Plaza shopping mall. The famous 'La Isla' Shopping Village is a short walk away.
This huge, unique, 'open air' mall offers a large variety of restaurants, cafes, shops, a movie complex , aquarium and a food court overlooking the lagoon. You are only steps away from bank, restaurants, taxi stop and the bus stop used by most tourists.
Renting a car is not needed -- taxis are readily available, and the bus service is excellent, will take you anywhere you want to go for a small bus fee.
