Staff:

• The cost of food and beverages is NOT included in the rental price. The staff will be delighted to provide you with a starting kit such as water, coffee, milk, sugar or alike (cost at guest’s expenses, to be reimbursed upon presentation of receipt). Please be advised that many imported items are difficult to find and can be more expensive than at home or just not available.
  
  
• Gratuities are a personal nature and we can only offer suggestions. However, you may want to keep in mind that most workers depend on tips for a large portion of their income. Pending of size of property, we suggest $5- $10 dollars per guest, per day, per staff. It is recommended your personally pay each staff directly the last evening or your departure morning.
  
  
• Household staff has scheduled working hours to perform their routine tasks. Guests are not permitted to send service staff away during their stay unless our office has been contacted with this request. Upon approval, our management staff will inform the employees.
