This “resort-class” condominium has it all! Completed and furnished in December 2013, Sayan #22’s open floor plan encompasses 2400 sq. ft., offering three bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, and a large, kitchen/living area with 4 – 5 ft. disappearing glass doors that completely open to a balcony with fantastic views of the bay and town.

Resort amenities include extremely beautiful tropical landscaping, three heated pools with large deck areas for lounging and sunning, three hot tubs (two outside overlooking the ocean), large deck/patio around pools, lanai adjacent to the bar/restaurant area, tennis court, and an indoor-outdoor “state-of-the-art” gym with ocean views from your treadmill.

Additional information

Sayan 22 can easily accommodate eight, perfect for two couples with kids!

The unit’s large king master suite opens onto the balcony (you can hear the surf crashing from the bed). There is also a second bedroom with a standard queen bed, and a third, large bedroom with two double beds. Each bedroom offers a full, en-suite bathroom.

The kitchen is all-new Maytag Sstl with granite counter tops, marble floors, and all necessary appliances to make the living area comfortable and enjoyable.

Seating for eight is provided by the dining table (10 using the leaf), four may sit at the breakfast bar stools adjacent to kitchen, and outdoor seating is provided by a six stool deck bar and two chaise lounges on the balcony next to the built-in, infrared "Solaire" BBQ grill and wet-bar.

Our HOA provides guard services and 24 hour security plus there is a dedicated bar and restaurant (9am – 9pm) almost daily. Prices are very reasonable and service is excellent: in-room, at the pool, or in the restaurant itself.

Close to beaches and town - the Malecon is about one mile away and a 15 minute walk will find you on Los Muertos Beach or Conchas Chinas’ "Certified" beach, while the tiny Amapas Beach is at the bottom of the stairway in front of the property.

There is a tennis court on the property and complete gym. The fitness room offers treadmills, an elliptical, free weights, sauna, yoga mats and Jacuzzi tub. Massage is available by appointment.

We suggest you walk everywhere – but a 50 peso (<US$4) cab ride will facilitate getting home if you are enjoying the late night-life in town.
