The entire house, including the sleeping areas, has a spacious feel.

2 walk in showers, with less than a 6 inch entry ledge at the floor.

2 large Continuous Gas Water Heaters provide you w convenance of taking showers after showers with no need to wait for the tank to heat up.

Conveniently located near the hot tub, and within easy use of anyone leaving the pool area, is a toilet closet on the covered outside deck.

We also have a 2nd vacation rental, the River Lookout. It is within easy walking distance and can sleep up to 14 people, however rates are based on 12, should you need additional space or looking for something not quite as large as the Great Escape River House.

About 6 wks prior to an available date, we do discount rates that meet the minimum stay, reduce minimum stays (depending on the purpose of the stay), & will even offer discounts to smaller groups of people (less than 10).

2 continuous hot water heaters. No worries if everyone is showering at the same time. House has Many Flat Screen TV's, Great room offers 20' wet bar, with lots of seating, large sectional sofa with recliners, hardwood floors throughout.

Gourmet Cook's dream Kitchen has 2 large islands, 3 stainless steel sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, warming drawer, comes fully equipped, just bring food.

Numerous common areas, large covered deck in front & back of house, concrete path through small wooded area, with sitting area.

Dock for boat or fishing, at end of concrete path beach/shallow area for wadding into river, large deck surrounds above ground pool for easy entrance.

Elevated house offers plenty of covered parking. While in the city limits, the house is in a rural area and offers much privacy.
