In ground swimming pool w/ hot tub just feet away – on the Biloxi River, in the City Limits of Gulfport, less than 8 miles from the Gulf of Mexico Beaches.

There is also a pool table, under the recently added cover over the large deck just off the house.

With 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 7 Full size to King size beds, 4 Flat screen TVs, large fully equipped kitchen, wireless Internet, & laundry room with washer & dryer.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed & flat Screen TV. master bedroom closet and full bathroom.

The bathroom has a double vanity, shower & separate tub area. This bedroom has darkening curtains; for those who enjoy sleeping in on their vacation. Newly decorated, & well laid out interior. The windows have mini-blinds & room darkening curtains.

OUTSIDE
Large elevated deck, just off the front door.

The entire back yard is elevated and supported by a concrete wall. keeping the River Lookout property private while not blocking views of the river.

BEACH & PAVILION
A brief walk away is the Beach and Pavilion area. Offering access to a small beach at low tide; a nice sandbar at high tide. a covered Pavilion with a couple of picnic tables, benches, & grill, right next to the river.

This is a quiet rural residential neighborhood. We ask that our guests respect that and the surrounding community.

If you are looking for a peaceful, “getaway from it all” vacation, or a vacation where you stay in a secluded area and are just minutes away from dining, great shopping, casinos, golf courses, Gulf of Mexico beaches, and entertainment, this is the place for you and your group.

While staying at the River Lookout, if you wish to bring a boat, let us know and we can give you the in's & out's of the River. Our boat is 24' but that's about as big as we would recommend bringing to the River. If it’s small enough or your truck is strong enough, you may even be able to launch up the road at a little neighborhood launch.

Interstate 10 & Highway 49 provide quick access to all other areas of the state.

Commercial air service is available to most major cities from Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport, and there are several major airlines servicing the Gulf Coast.

Ground transportation includes many options: independent TAXI companies, nationally affiliated rental car agencies, limousine services, shuttles, and buses. Coast Area Transit provides safe, convenient, and affordable transportation services, and their routes cover most of Biloxi, Gulfport & Ocean Springs. Using CTA is a good way to get an inexpensive tour of the area!
