Comfortable, well-furnished, w/ a huge deck overlooking pecan trees and one of the best fly fishing holes on the Guadalupe River!

The home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and beds to sleep 15. Two bedrooms down contain a queen bed and double down/twin top bunk beds and sleep five in each room.

The upstairs master bedroom has one king and two queen beds and sleeps six. The master bath has a double vanity and walk- in shower.

This comfortable, well-furnished vacation rental property boasts a huge deck overlooking a backyard of pecan trees with picnic area and one of the best fly fishing holes on the Guadalupe River!

The property sleeps up to 15 and is ideally suited for groups and family gatherings.

Roast marshmallows in the fire ring out back. Cook up your catch or BBQ on the grill. Rent a tube at the neighborhood water outfitters and float the river.

Bring your bicycle or motorcycle and enjoy a scenic ride down River Road into New Braunfels. Head over to Gruene to be pampered at a day spa, browse the antique and specialty stores or grab a bite to eat at Mozie's or the Gristmill.

Kick up your heels to live music at Gruene Hall, one of the oldest working dance halls in the country. Check out the music concerts down the road at the Whitewater Amphitheater. Enjoy at day at Schlitterbahn water park in New Braunfels.

Spend a day boating or fishing on Canyon Lake. Plan a shopping spree to the Outlet Malls in San Marcus and beat the Holiday rush. Check out the local beer gardens, taverns and restaurants.

Maximum occupancy is 15 guests. Please come have a good time, but be considerate of our wonderful neighbors. Any complaints from neighbors about disrespectful or disruptive behavior will result in you forfeiting the remainder of your stay.
