Cancellation / Prepayment

Cancellation Policy:
  • A 14 day notice must be given to receive a refund less the $100.00 deposit. A 30 day notice must be given for holidays.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days (30 days for holidays) in advance will be charged the full amount of reservation.
  • Cancellations that are made require a conformation number which can only be given by telephone. No cancellations can be made by voice mail or by email.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days of arrival date will be charged the full amount of your stay. Cancellations made less than 30 days of arrival date for holidays will be charged the full amount of your stay.

Pets

Domestic pets are allowed up to 25 lbs.

The 3-sided deck with gazebo gives lots of space for bird watching, and lounging while enjoying a peaceful view and listening to the wind move through the 60’ pine trees that surround the cabin.

The 5 person hot tub is on the back deck with a view of the open fire pit area with picnic table and charcoal grill.
