The main floor has a spacious living and dining room that is beautifully furnished for island style living, including a flat screen TV, stereo, cable hookup and free internet and WiFi.

Also on the main floor is the spacious master bedroom suite with TV and its own Jacuzzi bathtub and lanai.

The townhome also includes a laundry area off the kitchen with a washer and dryer, a 1 car garage, a large lanai with a Viking gas grill that is perfect for outdoor grilling.

The Fairways at Mauna Lani is a privately gated community located on the Kohala Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii. It is located just 20 minutes north of the Kona airport.

Located along the championship Mauna Lani North Golf course, this 2 story 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath townhome has a spacious floor plan of 1930 sq ft with 10’ high vaulted ceilings and is complete with a gourmet kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The second story features a full bath and 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 twin beds.

In just a few minutes, you can walk to the Mauna Lani Shopping Center with 40 shops and restaurants, including Tommy Bahamas, Ruth Chris’ Steakhouse, Monstera Noodles and Sushi.

You can leisurely shop at art galleries, boutique stores and a gourmet market and enjoy free live entertainment at the shops stage. The Fairmont Orchid Hotel and the private Owner’s Beach Club are also just minutes away.

As a guest of the Mauna Lani resort, you will receive golf discounts at the 2 championship golf courses. Also, the historic petroglyph trails are a just short distance away.for hikers and families.

We have a property manager nearby that will provide detailed directions to our townhome and will prep it ready for your arrival. They are available to take care of any need or problem so you may enjoy your stay.
