Upon booking, the owner will send a detailed email with a rental agreement. 1/2 of the total rent and a $300 refundable damage deposit must be mailed to reserve the property.
The remaining 1/2 of the rent is due two weeks prior to the guests’ arrival. Damage deposit will be cashed two weeks prior to arrival, and will be returned after stay if no damages.
